	Please Review our Terms 1 DPi is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for rental equipment pickup and return. Available at other times by appointment. 2 Equipment rentals are per day (24 hour period). Rentals of five to seven consecutive days are charged at four times the daily rate. Weekend rentals (Friday, 4 pm until Monday, 10 am) are charged as a one-day rental. 3 Digital Support Person is for a nine-hour time period. Overtime is 30% of the support person’s day rate per additional hour. 4 Payment for equipment rentals is C.O.D. – credit card or check. Additional fees, if applicable, are due upon the equipments’ return. 5 Cancellation within 24 hours of the equipments scheduled pickup is subject to a cancellation fee of one-half of a one-day rental. "No shows" will be charged for a full one-day rental. 6 The equipment rented shall be picked up and returned by the renter at his own risk and expense. 7 The renter assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment and agrees to reimburse DPi the full replacement value should the equipment be lost, stolen or damaged. To adequately protect the renter and DPi during the period of the rental, the renter must provide DPi with a Certificate of Insurance, which confirms that insurance coverage is in effect for the full replacement value of the rented equipment for the entire rental period, and that DPi is named as Additional Insured and Loss Payee. In the absence of a Certificate of Insurance, a deposit covering the replacement value of rental equipment must be made before the rental pickup 8 Rentals returned after the date and time due will be charged a late fee of twice the daily rental rate for each day or partial day that the equipment remains overdue, unless other arrangements have been made in writing by both the renter and DPi. 9 If equipment is shipped, the renter pays shipping charges for overnight express, insured (both directions), plus an additional flat fee of a one-day rental. 10 The acceptance by DPi of rental equipment upon return is not a waiver by DPi of any claims for latent damage to the equipment. 11 Each rental is subject to DPi’s standard Equipment Rental Agreement, and the terms and conditions contained therein.
